Senior Sales Professional

        Sales - DSO   

Location: Remote

The primary responsibility for the Senior Sales Professional is revenue generation through the development of strategic alliances with emerging, midmarket, and regional DSO accounts. The Senior Sales Professional in coordination with the VP of Sales, will identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability for SprintRay with each account and drive relationships through all levels of the organization. The right person will use a consultative sales approach that is sharp and methodical. This position leads solution development with this account in collaboration with the Enterprise Support team, Academy team, Product Management, Software Development, Materials team, and Design team. The Senior Sales Professional is responsible for strategy development and execution in the emerging, midmarket, and regional enterprise space.

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implementing a professional business approach using consultative sales methods
  • Identifies, manages, and develops strategy for revenue generation within emerging, midmarket, and regional enterprise customer base including: 
  • Manages the “CHANGE MANAGEMENT” process in the enterprise organization
  • Why the change of workflow
  • How additive manufacturing benefits patients, the clinic, the enterprise
  • Identify potential opportunities in the enterprise space to implement SprintRay digital solutions
  • Develops and promotes sales strategy in coordination with local DSS team
  • Develops relationship between enterprise organization and SprintRay
  • Clearly identifies the appropriate enterprise stakeholder expectations and develops strategy with stakeholders to meet those expectations
  • Aligns with DSS team, training team, and EDM to ensure that proof of concept projects in the enterprise space are on time, within scope, on budget and are done in an accurate and efficient manner resulting in high utilization of SprintRay technology
  • Develops and implements regular business meetings and workstreams with enterprise customers, appropriate stakeholders, and key SprintRay personnel
  • Explains the project life cycle and processes
  • Works with stakeholders to identify constraints and assumptions
  • Participates in procurement processes
  • Controls implementation of approved changes
  • Identifies control processes that can deliver the required quality
  • Guides risk management processes with the enterprise organization and SprintRay
  • Uses analytics to identify actual results and develops appropriate responses/changes, as needed

 

Key Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated understanding of dental clinical workflows
  • A 4-year diploma from a recognized academic institution or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 7+ years of documented successful Account Management experience
  • Demonstration of strong organizational and follow through skills
  • Experience working in a team environment with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers at all levels in the organization
  • Effective and structured written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills
  • ExpMBA or business consulting experience
  • Experience working with enterprise or strategic accounts
  • Experience working with 3D printing solutions
  • CAD/CAM hardware and software experience
  • IT knowledge and experience
  • Experience working with dental distributors and alternative sales channels
  • Extensive experience in or with global organizations
  • Experience with a consultative, relationship-oriented organization
