Responsibilities:
- Conducting research and focusing on developing new 3D printing resins for digital dentistry
- Manufacturing, characterizing, and testing the polymer resins
- Conducting research and focusing on developing new 3D printing resins for digital dentistry
- Define new-generation dental products and their requirements
- Scale up R&D formulations and continuous support to resin production
- Test resin to optimize settings to meet the established standards of quality, including usability, accuracy, and print consistency
- Established materials standards of quality, including usability and reliability
- Prepares R&D documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization in workshop area
- Follow up safety rules and procedures constantly
Qualifications:
- Degree in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field
- Data collecting and analysis skill

The salary band that this position falls into ranges from $78,000.00 to $142,560.00, with some differences for locations outside of California. SprintRay uses broad banding. Actual salary is based on position, market factors, location, experience, and qualifications.
