SprintRay Europe GmbH – Certified Product Policy
Effective Date – 01/01/2024 [Valid only in in the region of Europe, Middle East and Africa – EMEA]
1.General
SprintRay provides Certified Products available for purchase and exchange.
A “Certified Product” refers to a previously owned or used Product that has been returned to SprintRay or its reseller, and subsequently, meticulously restored to achieve full functionality and a condition comparable to new. The refurbishment process includes comprehensive inspection, repair, and testing procedures, ensuring that the product aligns with SprintRay’s specifications and maintains high-quality standards. While refurbished products may display minor cosmetic imperfections, they are typically free from significant defects that could impact their performance. It is crucial to clarify that the term “certified” does not suggest inferiority or substandard quality; instead, it indicates that the item has undergone a thorough restoration process.
Customers considering the purchase of Certified Products or undergoing an exchange with a Certified Product should refer to the following policy to comprehend the conditions governing the product’s provision.
2.Conditions
(1) Certified Products will be shipped in their original product packaging, which may exhibit minor cosmetic imperfections.
(2) Certified Products will come with an EU standard power cable, a new resin tank (of the latest available version), and platform.
(3) In the case of an exchange, the original accessories box will not be included in the delivery, and the customer is requested to retain this box from the defective unit.
(4) Warranty stickers will be present and located in the same position as with new products. Please be aware: If the warranty sticker is damaged or tampered the warranty is voided. In such cases, please contact SprintRay’s support.
3.Warranty
(1) SprintRay warrants SprintRay-branded hardware products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user Customer (“Warranty Period”).
(2) If we replace a defective Product under warranty with a Certified Product, the Warranty Period of the originally purchased Product is generally inherited by the exchanged product, unless the original warranty period is less than six months, in which case the warranty period of the exchange device is six months from the date of its delivery.
