Certified Product Policy

Effective – 01/01/2024 [Valid only in Europe, Middle East and Africa – EMEA]

1.General

SprintRay provides certified products available for purchase and replacement.

Certified Product ” means a previously owned or used Product that has been returned to SprintRay or its authorized reseller and subsequently meticulously restored to full functionality and a condition comparable to that of a new product. Refurbishing includes comprehensive inspection, repair and testing procedures, ensuring that the product is in line with SprintRay’s technical specifications and maintains high quality standards. While refurbished products may have minor cosmetic imperfections, they are generally free of major defects that could compromise their performance. It is essential to clarify that the term “certified” does not suggest inferiority or sub-standard quality; instead, it indicates that the object has undergone a thorough restoration process.

Customers considering the purchase of Certified Products or who intend to make a replacement with a Certified Product should refer to the following policy to understand the conditions governing their supply.

2.Conditions

(1) Certified products will be shipped in their original packaging, which may have small aesthetic imperfections.

(2) Certified Products will be supplied with a power cable according to European standards, a new resin tank (of the latest version available) and a plate.

(3) In case of replacement, the original accessories box will not be included in the delivery and the customer is asked to keep the box of the defective unit.

(4) There will be warranty stickers applied in the same location as new products. Please note the following: The warranty is void if the warranty sticker is damaged or tampered with. In these cases, please contact SprintRay support.

3.Warranty

(1) SprintRay warrants SprintRay-branded hardware products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user Customer (“Warranty Period”).

(2) In the event of replacement of a defective Product under warranty with a Certified Product, the Warranty Period of the originally purchased Product is generally inherited by the replacement product, unless the original warranty period is less than six months, in which case the warranty period of the replacement product is six months from the delivery date.
