Sales Operations Analyst

Hyderabad    Full Time       

SprintRay is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Analyst to partner with the Business Operations & Analytics team to continue to streamline our SalesForce platform, support Reporting, Analytics and Sales Compensation needs. This individual will own all aspects of SalesForce Administration including but not limited to Reporting, Dashboards, User Management, Data Cleanup, Customizations, Vendor Management etc.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

SalesForce Administration (40%)

  • This position requires a strong knowledge of Salesforce and how it interacts with other internal systems (HubSpot, Five9 etc.)
  • Serve as the primary system administrator in Salesforce
  • Handle all administrative functions including account, report, and dashboard maintenance, and creating workflows, formulas, and rules
  • Work with management to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
  • Establish ongoing best practices related to data cleanup, system administration, and security with Salesforce
  • Assist/Lead in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce skill sets across the organization
  • Manage data feeds and API integrations among the systems
  • Complete regular upgrades of Salesforce / related systems and provide detailed information on how changes will impact all affected teams/users
  • Management of systems contracting and renewals
  • Coordinate/Lead the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests

Reporting & Analytics (40%)

  • Partner with Business Operations / Sales / Marketing to set KPIs, build & support dashboards/reports in Power BI that measure these KPIs to drive & support strategic decisions. •
  • Develop and run ad-hoc reports to answer business questions and support data-driven decision-making when needed.
  • Collaborate across teams to define our future state data strategy and data model.
  • Continually seek opportunities in how we can make better use of data to inform better business decisions.

Sales Compensation (20%)

  • Execute the process to create/change, publish, and obtain approvals of individual compensation plan documents
  • Perform day-to-day administration of the commission calculations (Quarterly) and provide timely resolution of inquiries from comp plan participants
  • Support the financial accrual process for monthly commission estimates
  • Work cross-functionally with partners in Sales Operations, Finance, HR, and other teams to ensure accuracy of data, inputs, and calculation. Experience with a Comp Software is a plus.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computers, Information Systems, Marketing Operations or similar
  • 2 to 5 Years of hands-on SalesForce experience is required.
  • SalesForce Admin Certification is preferred
  • Experience creating Reports, Dashboards, Workflows
  • Proficient in Salesforce customizations and configuration
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in building visualizations using any one of the BI Tools: Power BI (DAX/Power Query) / Tableau/ DOMO/ Looker and Advanced Excel.
  • SQL Knowledge and experience is a plus
  • Experience and willingness to own Sales Compensation planning and administration
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a cross functional team environment
  • Analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be willing to work in a fast-paced work environment. Weightings of Responsibilities may vary, and other duties may be assigned
